Why the strip club is a safe place for girls to meet guys for OTC . . .

I am a dancer at a black strip club and I feel it is safer to meet guys here rather than walking the street or posting my services on some random website. If a girl is dancing naked in a club, she is not a cop. If a guy is drinking alcohol and getting lap dances, he is either not a cop or a cop who is off-duty and not trying to make an arrest (because cops love hos too).

Everyone's face is recorded on CCTV in a strip club and their car license plate tags are likely recorded too.

Meeting a guy in a strip club lets me get a feel for him before I go home with him. For my own safety. I would encourage everyone looking for outside-of-the-club (OTC) fun to meet in the club first and vibe with drinks and dances before moving forward.
